if your so good at this stuff im pretty sure you could just find our court stuff on the internet....everythings on the internet if you know how to get it.. im at work right now anyway and thats not something i just carry with me....

ya but why would all of a sudden he want to start excercising his visitation when right now he dont have to pay child support cause in our court papers the agreement we came to was i wouldnt ask for child support as long as he took his son when he was supposed to and when my son was in his care...

ok so then him being in prison with a manufacturing charge attempt of murder and a couple of other charges wouldnt make him unfit...all the judge had to do was look his name up and see that he was unfit.....hes on the sex offender list.....so i think that would make him a little unfit....anyways...

well i tried taking him to court to make sure that i had full custody of her cause here in missouri if you can prove that the other parent in an unfit parent then you get full custody and i got it....he has a couple different felonys and just recently went to prison and will be there for a good...

were would my mom and i go to draw up paperwork (however you have to do it) to were if something was to happen to me that she would get full guardianship of my kids?

were do i go or how on the internet do i get my daughter's first named changed in missouri? i know that in illinois you have up to a year to get your child's first named changed and how much does it cost?

were do i go or what do i do to try and start getting child support for my son? is there a form that i can get mailed to me or do on the internet? Or do i have to go somewere to do it? i would really like to get something from my sons father he don't do anything for him.
