I unknowingly endorsed a counterfeit check made out to me.I gave this check to my landlord for back rent.He endorsed it and deposited it into his account.He gave me $41.00 in cash.When the check came back no good they simply deducted it from his account.What is going to happen to me?PLEASE HELP...
