    Urgent, need of advise, (my 5 year old neice, said her dad, do bad stuff to her)

    The mother has full custody of the children. The judge did hand over the custody to her. Yes CPS was informed and they questioned my neice, but they refuse to hear from her two older sisters. My 5 yr old neice is not talking to CPS and they dont beleive her. Any advice thank you so much!!
