I don't know if this is the right forum but...
How do those who serve subpoenas find the one they want to subpoena? Do they look with their social security numbers? Do they talk to family members? How do they find the person?
They picked me up from work becuase they believe it was my husband who assulted me and they wouldn't let me until i told them he did. I didn't call them the cops, but my husband has a record and my family tells lies about him cause they don't like him.
My husband is in jail accused to domestic violence. I'm the "victim." The cops picked me up from work :cussing: and held me for 8 hours (8-6pm) while they waited for me to talk to them they arrested my husband (around 4pm).:angryfire I wasn't recorded or videotaped saying anything I also didn't...
