My son got it for under age in Ohio.Was we supposed to be present for the breath test.Was he supposed to receive a ticket or piece of paper the night of?We did not recieve any papers till the mail(court papers).Just curious!!??

my son got an under age in ohio do they have to ask permission from parents to blow in machine or do parents have to be there
