While searching for deed of trust on my fathers & stepmothers house,The house went from trustor to trustee then it went from grantor to grantee what is the difference between the two??Or does it matter??
My parents owned there house it was paid for,My mother died my father remarried,he died 4 years ago,my step mom died last year.My step sister how has the house,Should'nt the house have went to next of kin, since it was my dads before he remarried? How & can I do anything to get our house back?
