I did a search at the office of secretary of state here in Wisconsin and he registerd his logo ther. I did a search through th US trademark search and found nothing. Roger

Thanks for responding to my question. Far as I can see he has not trademarked his logo with the USPTO, Only in Wisconsin. I would show you both logo's, But I don't want to post on the board. Thanks for your advice on this issue. Roger
