I just got 2 seat belt violations, one for my son(17) who was NOT wearing the seatbelt, and one for me,(WAS wearing my seatbelt) because he is under age. each fine is 103.00. i think it is ridiculous that i have to pay a fine also. Is there any chance to contest this, or will they just blow me...
