I was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on May 23rd 2016.I was not told that I would be receiving a letter for restitution. I went to court and was put on 10 days house arrest and 6 months probation. I also paid a fine of $1,383 and am attending theft classes. I received the letter on June 2nd...
