1. 1/21/08: Signed 1 year lease
2. 3/7/09: Gave 30 day notice via email.
3. 4/6/09: Moved out of cleaned apt. and gave keys back to landlord’s office.
4. 4/22/09: Received Security deposit statement along with a check for deposit after $$ taken out.
