Just an up date , got a letter last week that said the estate was going to be distributed and "judge" was right those funds wont be comming out of "B & C" portion of the estate. regards.....................................................:)

so is that to say that these funds could/should have already been dispursed regaurdless of the status of the other portions of the estate? BTW THANKS SR JUDGE AND EAGLE20 Im "G" for Goinnutts;)

hope this doesnt get to long. "A" is executor , and is going to take 2.5% for executor fees-legal and fine- "B" and "C" are to receive $2,000 and $3,000 from a CD in the bank, "D,E,F" received 1/3 portion each of the land in the estate. ALL parties in the estate ecept "F" have agreed to pay...
