I don't have a lawyer and am doing informal probate. As far as I know I just have to file papers to close probate--the clerk never mentioned anything about a ruling.
I thought I remember seeing somewhere that compensation for executors is 4% of the estate's value in Colorado. I've looked again and can't find it. Can anybody point me to an official URL or something? Thanks!
