My father recently passed away and he and my mother had a Will, Revocable Trust, and Durable Power of Attorney. We unfortunately found he hadn't put the properties or stocks, etc into the Trust's names. Ohio allows 2 vehicles to pass to my mother, and we are now putting properties/stocks, etc...
