I did not smog the car before selling. None of that was discussed. I has passed smog in the pass and it is a newer car anyway.

I sold my car to a private party on a weekend. We exchanged money, I released liability, I paid my car off at the credit union and the "Pink Slip" is being mailed to me, at which time I will mail it to the private party. Ten days later, I receive a visit by a private investigator to my place...
