    Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication statue of limitation on jail sentence

    I was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a D.U.I. in March of 2004. The jail was full, so they turned me away. I just got a letter saying they are ready for me to serve my time. It's been 4 years, do I have to serve the 10 days? Thanks for any advice.
