See, i tried that, and they didn't want to get near what i could afford...so they guy said "well i guess we'll see you in court." and i havent heard from them since. Looking at the online dockett, i know they have tried to serve papers, but both times they tried i wasn't home.
So basically they're claiming over 3000 dollars in court costs and legal fees, etc? And i'm not gaining interest on the account?
Let me rephrase my last question then.
What would be the correct procedure to get this rectified? Considering i dont have the money to meet their demands...
I opened a credit card with wachovia in '01 or '02. Wachovia has since been bought out by chase.
