LEO did not indicate MPH or the MPH Zone on the ticket. Cannot plead either way to a citation that is not specified. Writing a letter to Traffic Court indicating this is the case and asking for the ticket to be declared null & void. Any opinons on this? Plead "Not Guilty" even though there...
