My 16 year's Mother is in a Coma from a recent Injury; HOw likely can I get custody of my daughter and move her from GA to TN? She may be reluctant of course to move because she is in the 11th grade. She lives with her Aunt; who is petitioning for "Guardianship"? Do I need a lawyer?
