no it was a simplified divorce uncontested and, the problem I am running into is I am military and had a non-resident plate for Florida, now stationed in VA they won't let me register it without her signature, I don't want to sell it or trade it just want to register it

I have a car that me and my ex bought, she got it and I became co-owner/ co-signer, we since then divorced and she got remarried and lives in guam, I have the car, but now I can't register/sell/trade or anything to the car because she is on the registration as well as me, she won't answer me...
