    Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication any hope getting out of a detox fine??

    I was not charged with any crime. However, on a 'welfare placement' was taken to detox. I now owe $455. Is there any way to get out of this?? I live in Colorado. Any help is appreciated.
