Ask the clerk's office about diversion programs? Would it also be possible to contact the county attorney again and ask about the likelyhood of court supervision or taking a course? Being that it is another state I was hoping that I might be able to settle this out of court.

I contacted the county attorney's office and the attorney who handles these cases told me that they do not have diversion programs. Should I still contact the court clerks office?
