ihave title to real property.husbands name is on title she gave to me.he says lawyer says he has no rights to mobile home and cannot transfer title.

recently purchased real estate.woman from whom i bought same was left title to mobile home in divorce decree but never had title put in her name in NC.what is the legal status concerning who owns this mobile home?she left for parts unknown.
