most positions require you to sign an employement agreement/contract. it really depends on your field.
if you work at a bank, for example, it may sign something that states that an arrest or conviction of theft may void your employement.

that since the passenger was under 14, he shouldn't have been given ARD, right? or does that only count for alcohol related arrests?
If he manages to get expunged either through ARD or petition, can I complain that he was given ARD when he had a passenger under 14...
