    I am hoping that by better educating myself, the time I do spend with my lawer will be more productive. Does it make sense for someone to be arrested for lotering in a private place? Isn't loitering with intent to solicit prostitution a public crime?

    I suspect that everone who is invited into the hotel room is at minimum arrested for loitering to solicit prostitution. The fine is approximately $1000 so it cost more to hire a lawyer than just to pay the fine. I have hired a lawyer, and I've waited for over a year for the pre-trial hearing...
