The open public meeting regulations and Roberts Rules. I work for a school board in NJ and we follow strict guidelines but is it the same for all associations
I recently attended a public meeting of my condo association. At the end of the meeting the board went into "executive" session and did not tell the audience what they were discussing. From what I understand this is not legal. Am I correct that they can only discuss certain items in private...
