orange county in CA,charged follow violation vc22350-unsafe speed for condition warrant arrest may be issued if I do not appear @ court to answer this charge beside the letter it came with a notice of appear not a ticket.

About 3 wk ago I got into a car accident, I live in a Hillside and on that day it was raining on the way down I strucked a city truck. Two polices came 1who was writing a report & the other1 doing all kind of test & after that he left.. I dont get any ticket of any kind except the accident...
