My wife at the time bought a computer thru dell financal services over the telephone in 1998. it developed problem in 2001 and she sent it back and quit paying . It was charged off as an unpaid UNSERCURED loan on my credit report in 2002. it has not shown anymore on my 2008 and 2009...
