Thank you shrinkmaster, I'm understanding how the court system works and CPS.

OK, need an answer..... CPS has never met my son or even question him on the court case about my daughter. But do they still have the power to do such an action as to evict my son or remove my grandson ( I have N doc custody). I feel the court system in this country is so unfair:(

Thank you, you helped!! My son stays!! Unless he gets serviced with any court papers for eviction. He stays at home.

Long story, my daughter got herself involved with drugs repeatedly left her child in my care (grandma) for days and not coming home. It got to the point where she was just not getting it that she to be a mom. So I called CPS ( wrong move there) CPS got involved and told me file for custody, so...
