Does the law address the area of compensation as far as being entitled to yearly raises, whether merit or cost of living? I have worked for a company for 4 years, almost 5 and have yet to get an increase in pay. What does the law say to this venue?
Unfortunately, what you don't know and haven't known most of your adult life is that you are not subject and have never been subject to withholding. You should do research on this fact, but I have researched the matter and no citizen is subject to backup withholding. Paying taxes is voluntary...
