In my experience levying bank accounts...the bank is served an interrogatory and they must advise if they know, understand or recognize that the direct deposits are from pensions, retirement, SS and so on. The court will not levy this account IF SS is the sole deposit. I wouldn't run and open...
Agreed Mighty completely...in my experience it really doesn't matter if it's a few payments or the latter...it depends on the proximity and the value of the debt. It is highly unlikely that anything will unfold...IMO...gather your documents and don't wait by the phone...
I understand that Army, I consulted an attorney in my area and he explained (at that time...some almost 2 yrs ago) that I definitely have a solid case, however when I contacted him he explained that I needed to build damages as far as time laid off.
I was the Billing manager for a manufacturing...
Sent to hospital by the VP of the company after having sever abdominal pains for a few days. Hospital diagnosis...surgery by week end (same week). FMLA discussed and approved...returned to work after two weeks...40 minutes upon return...permanently laid off. Received UE uncontested...however...

Been there done that...hence the posting here...what are the pitfalls, adventures and the like...is my ?
My question continues...judgment based "warrant of attorney" filed as instructed...fully documented and executed...the basis of outcome from the defendant. I am fully ready to...
If your confident that all payments were made and the release legitimate, I would by all means allow THEM to prove you owe xyz. Do you recognize the company reaching out to you for money? It sounds at one point you may have been late on a few payments throwing your file into an "oh no" bin...
Has anyone ever heard or actively use this expedited judgment procedure? If so, does it hold well in court?
Can anyone shed any light on this procedure and court process.
Thank you,
Trust me loanman...been there...and done that...but I didn't allow that very someone that was meant to "help" languish in my home "until" they can pay. It seriously just doesn't make sense. Step back and re-read your posts...One would so not set themselves up this way.
Now you describe that...
Wow loanman...I'm begging out of this link. Good luck to you...people definitely surprise me every day...and your acts of doing something with the futile effort to do nothing at all...

Absolutely look into your new vehicle contract to ensure that the amount owed on the previous leased vehicle is represented on the new car loan agreement. It sounds...
This sounds like an emotional mess from all sides. I completely agree with Army suggesting "clean up' litigation. 'Poo bother on what kept him by her for so long, sometimes acting without merit - or more bluntly NOT acting with merit...doesn't always bode well!!!
Been there being the friend...
Leaving emotions out of this just for a second...what would be your reaction if someone explained the like to you? Fully understanding the reasoning behind your intended actions, maybe the water isn't worth the well. Sometimes as neighbors - simply put...it sucks! And feeling as if you have...
Not sure if this is a legal service, can you tape it to the door of his occupied room? Maybe tape it to the windshield of his vehicle or his visitors vehicles directly over the area that he needs to drive, someone has to remove it...
Gosh...sure hope this works out for you.
Dare I ask...
