i was recently ticketed for driving 70mph in a 55mph. it was a highway as i was on my way home from a beach trip. i live in nc and was ticketed in nc. i've NEVER once received a speeding ticket before, i havent even been stopped by a cop in my 6 years of driving (i'm currently 22 years old)...
