They made me hand my house key over does that make a difference

The thing is the CPI told me that there was a court order. She also called 911 and on the call she told them too. The point is I would not have left

I was forced to leave the home handing my keys to the police. The point is they told me that there was a court order and there was not one issued till the following day. So removed me from my home without it being court ordered. Is that illegal ?

Thank you for the direction This is basically what happened. They made me had my house key over. Also DCF stated in there report I was causing issues which contradicted the below report.

Also to add I've never been arrested for any offence. Not even a speeding ticket.
