Okay so the charge is so bogus and old that they can't find any info & instead of releasing him they gave him a new court date for tues the 20th. Does that mean they might drop it?

I hope so because I would be sooo upset if he does jail time for something so small & 11yrs old. & to think it all started with him just walking thru the train on his way to work.

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that he did 30days for the larceny charge & was supposed to do 3yrs probation & thats whats actually popping up. VOP on the larceny charge but he says he never got any paperwork or anything saying he had to do probation thats why he left to MD & turned himself in...
