where to start?
So should I contact my attorney to get this moving? Does she have to pay 1/2 of what it costs to have this done or is it all on my shoulders?
I had to get an attorney when mom died because she wouldn't speak to me then either. She didn't help with any funeral arrangements...
My mother passed away in Dec 2006. She had no will and her house became the property of me and my sister. She is bi-polar and has slipped into her mood where she will not speak with me or the realtor the house is listed with. It has sat empty since my moms death.
We both owe the funeral...
