i live in chicago
im 16 and got cought with posession of stolen property.( a winter jacket, stupid i know)
i didnt steal it but one of my friends did and then gave it to me.
luckily i talked to the guy whose stuff it was and hes agreed to not press charges.
will this still go to court?
