Hiring an atty I was trying to save money by filing contempt myself- he showed no reason why he should not have paid- no disability- no job lose? From the reading I did- the judge had no reason not to make him cut a check right then? I will call an atty today. Thanks for you help

My ex has not paid alimony since August- and it was a partial payment- filed contempt order- went before the judge today. Judge did not order him to pay? What are my options- I am about to lose my home?
