    Arrest, Search, Seizure, Warrant Statute of Limitations

    I was illegally, stop searched and seized by a Sheriff, charges where dropped, the state did not prosecute. What is the Statute of Limitations for this violation of my 4th Ammendmennt Civil Rights in federal court?
