I just wanted to know if you had to answer yes to those questions on job apps, that ask "if you have ever been convicted of a felony or plead guilty to a crime" if you had adjucation of guilt withheld. I've been told that, legally a person with adjudication of guilt withheld is not "convicted"...

I was just wondering if early termination of probation was possible as soon as a person paid their restitution, and if so, what is the termination process?
