dats currently my issue i dont have a lawyer or anyone to explain anything to me i cant afford it...and my parents say there not paying for it

i have a court date on august 30th for shop lifting in a store called urban outfitters. 70 dollars worth. Im an immigrant ive been here since i was 3 years old. and ive been researching about immigration and shoplifting and how they are able to deport me because of it. So i am here asking help...
