Is it in the purchase agreement or the condo association docs - which are not specific?

I live in a condominium complex in Florida. Can you tell me who is responsible for normal wear and tear to a (1) window, (2) window frame and (3) exterior window sills? I have minor water leaking into my unit which involves all three of the above. Thank you
