So, one year after the "full discharge" (fines paid, probation done) means I have to wait another year from today? Damn.
I was convicted of a misdemeanor and was given one year probation. I am planning on sealing/expunging my record. All fines are paid, and today my probation ends.
Can I file the papers today, as it has been one year since my conviction, and the end of one year of probation?
