Update
Within 14 days everything was taken care of. I was really upset that someone did their job incorrectly and I was the one who was pentalized, at least temporarily.

Ok here's the deal....
1. Neither my husband or I have filed for Bankruptcy EVER.
2. In Aug 2002 -A certain Credit Card confused our file with someone who did (even lived in a different state).
3. We received a letter from a Sr. VP stating "...as our records reflect the account was...
