I was arrested for Poss of Drugs. Judge says if I enter Early Intervention program case would be Dismissed.I just had it espunged.I have no other record. Am I allowed to own a firearm, or buy a gun and be approved to buy FBI check?The felony has been sealed.I live in Cleveland , OHIO.
