They are/were, they are actully somewhat of a large company. They just started doing buisness under a diffrent name(dba). I assume to avoid the bad reviews they started getting.

That was in the quote, not the contract.
The contract was signed digitally by my wife on something similar to a DocuSign, and we don’t have a signed copy of the contract.
I tried hiring a commercial attorney, and none of them returned my calls or i didn’t get past...

Short version
I had my floors done in March 2019. Issues right from the beginning, that dragged on for 4 years with the installer attempting to make repairs for the first 2 to 3 years.
They are now refusing to make repairs.
