Short answer: Mineral rights and the fact that I have discovered within the past week that sister, who was
the administrator, never did what was necessary to show that I am mom's heir. I am not interested in any
other assets.
Father died in 1988 in CA. Mother died intestate in 1991 in Texas. My sister and I were/are their only living children.
How can I prove that I am an heir?
