It is a person I know someone he worked with, and I have called and spoke with a few times and always told "they have things to work out" Believe me if it takes months I understand that...just not sure when I should start questioning it.

My Boyfriend of 10yrs died on Cancer in January of 09. His will was filled in February 09. I was left a 20,000 gift...no one as of yet has contacted me regarding this $...believe me I am not a digger just want to be informed as to how long this should take.
