I live on the ground floor of a 6 unit condo.My neighbor upstairs recently replaced his carpeting with tile floors.The noise is getting unbearable.We hear everything.
I'm sure they didn't use the proper sound proofing when they installed the tiles.They have become very nasty when I've asked...
