so then what happens when I have to appear in court and am found guilty, and have to do community service or whatever they want me to do?

I already have been arressted, finger printed, and have had pictures taken of me? Doesnt that mean I have a criminal record?

Is there anyway to get it off my record immediatley? I was hoping to get a job soon, and I am sure this will prevent me from it.
