Today I was told that an interstate compact was being formed against me. I'm not sure how to proceed in my actions. I was told by a detective I'd be held in an adult prison for 3 months then I'd be put in a juvenile prison until the date of my trial there in Hawaii.
Agreed. I just thought I should put that out there and be open about everything. Is there anything else that I can use in my defense? For ex the physical abuse dealt by my mother?

I'm not exactly sure. Just had a bad ekg reading which can mean anything. It could range from mild stress to something as serious as aortic stenosis. I just don't want to take chances and increase my heart rate to dangerous levels like I've already done once by flying here.
Let me just say, that was one hell of a ride in. I felt pretty horrible once the plane got in the air but at that point there was nothing I could do about it so I just tried my best to cope. I just don't want to go through that again because I'm not sure if my body can tolerate that experience...
