you need a new attorney
So sorry to hear of all your troubles. I have been fighting for my benefits since 6/03
and had to fire my first attorney as he was not doing anything on my case.
I am into several work comp forums, and they all say that you need a qualified workers comp attorney, one...
Your situation sounds a lot like mine. I have been fighting wc since July of 03.
On my second attorney. Definately need an attorney to fight for your rights and all that you have coming to you as benefits, ttd, etc.
I had a torn labrum in one shoulder, so that surgery was a slap lesion...
So sorry to hear of such a thing happening.
Did you have a qualified work comp attorney look into this, and/or a qualified employment attorney?
If not. I would certainly try one or both as:
A regular attorney, who dips into several areas of the law, would not be well informed or...
I am so sorry to hear about your situation.
I know that attorneys are busy, and at times they have to be reminded that they have your case, and something needs to be done about it.
I would seriously call and make an appt.. to see the attorney and ask what is going on in the case, and why...
